I’ve been attempting to register on the website, but I’m encountering an error linked to the SSP helpline. I’ve also spoken with both the ITT and OC helplines, but they seem to be pointing fingers at each other without providing a solution. Can anyone shed light on this error? Is it on my end or is it a problem with the website?
I’ve followed all their advice—clearing my history and cookies, trying different browsers, and even using different computers—but nothing is working. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
