Should I send the interviewer an updated resume with minor changes?
I recently noticed a repeated phrase in my resume and added an extra bullet point. I’ve just received an interview invitation for a position I applied for two weeks ago.
Is it worth emailing the coordinator to provide an updated resume, even if the changes are minor? Or since I’ve already secured the interview, should I just leave it as is? I’m concerned that the hiring manager might see the repeated phrase and have a negative impression during the interview.

It’s understandable to be concerned about the details of your resume, especially just before an interview. If the changes are truly minor and don’t significantly alter the overall impression of your qualifications, you might choose to stick with the version you submitted.
However, if you feel that the repeated phrase could impact the hiring manager’s perception of your attention to detail or professionalism, it might be worth sending the updated resume. A brief email explaining that you noticed a minor clarification can show that you are proactive and attentive. Just ensure that the email is concise and professional.
Ultimately, trust your instincts. If it will make you feel more confident during the interview, go ahead and send the updated version. Good luck!
