The Most Unconventional Ways Clients Send Documents: Share Your Stories!
In the world of professional services, we often encounter peculiar situations when it comes to document submissions from clients. While most communication flows smoothly, sometimes we receive submissions that leave us scratching our heads.
For instance, I once had a client send me a photograph of a PDF displayed on their iPad. To add to the humor of the situation, the photo was captured using a Samsung phone and then emailed to me. Believe it or not, we still had to manually process that invoice!
It’s moments like these that make us wonder: what are the most bizarre or convoluted ways you’ve received documents from clients? Whether it’s a handwritten note that’s almost impossible to decipher, an upside-down scan that turns your head around, or a file named “Image(345).jpg” that leaves you in disbelief, we want to hear about it!
As I gather stories for a project aimed at addressing these communication hiccups, I’m reaching out to see if I’m the only one experiencing this quirky side of client interactions. Let’s share our tales of document submission madness, and maybe, just maybe, we can find some common ground in this chaotic landscape! What’s the strangest document delivery you’ve ever encountered? Share your experiences in the comments!
