As professionals in the field, we often encounter unexpected—and sometimes downright bizarre—ways that clients choose to submit important documents. While it’s always a challenge to maintain a streamlined workflow, these unconventional submissions certainly provide some comic relief.

I’d like to kick things off with a memorable experience of my own. I’m on a quest to gather tales of the strangest document submissions we’ve encountered as we work on solutions to streamline this chaos. I’m not trying to sell you anything—I just want to know I’m not alone in this!

Feel free to share your stories below; let’s commiserate over the quirks of document management!
