The Most Bizarre Document Submissions: A Call for Your Stories

In the fast-paced world of client communications, the process of receiving documents can often lead to moments of bewilderment. Many professionals in various fields have encountered unconventional methods of document submission that leave us scratching our heads.

My Own Experience

Let’s start with a memorable interaction I had with a client. To my surprise, I received an email that included a photograph of a PDF displayed on their iPad. To add to the peculiarity, the photo was taken using a Samsung phone. As you could imagine, this resulted in an unexpected challenge: we had to manually process the invoice from that image. The whole situation made me realize just how far some individuals will go to share their documents—albeit not in the most efficient manner!
