The Most Bizarre Ways Clients Have Submitted Documents
As professionals, we often encounter unique challenges, especially when it comes to receiving documents from clients. Sometimes, their methods can leave us both amused and baffled.
For instance, I recall a particularly odd experience involving a client who decided to send an invoice by taking a photo of a PDF displayed on their iPad—using a Samsung phone, no less. They then emailed me this snapshot. Given the convoluted nature of this method, I still had to manually process that invoice, which was quite the task!
Have you ever had a similarly unusual document submission? Perhaps you’ve received handwritten notes, upside-down scans, or files named “Image(345).jpg”? I’d love to hear your stories!
I’m gathering these experiences in hopes of finding a way to streamline document submissions. This isn’t a sales pitch; I genuinely want to connect with others who may have faced the same chaos. Let’s share some laughs and frustrations while working toward a solution!
