What on earth is this?!
What does “1.5 times” actually mean?
Does it mean that I’m unable to rewatch lectures? Or does it also mean that I can’t rewind and review parts of a lecture while I’m listening, similar to the ICAI SPOM format?

It seems like you’re feeling confused about the “1.5 times” reference! Typically, when you see “1.5 times,” it refers to the playback speed of a lecture or video. This means that the video will play 1.5 times faster than normal.
If this is the case, it usually still allows you to pause, rewind, or rewatch sections of the lecture at that increased speed. So, you should be able to reverse and rewatch parts as needed, just like with ICAI SPOM. If there’s a specific platform you’re referring to, you might want to check their guidelines or FAQs for clarity on their features. Hope that helps!
