Assessing My Professional Value: What Am I Truly Worth?

Hello everyone, I’m seeking advice on determining the worth of my experience in terms of salary.

I have accumulated four years of experience working predominantly with QuickBooks. My responsibilities include entering sales and expenses, and completing reconciliations for 25 companies on a monthly basis. Additionally, I manage payroll and handle the monthly and quarterly HST filings for these companies. Recently, I earned my PCP designation and hold the Advanced ProAdvisor Certification for QuickBooks Online. As part of my role, I also assist as an office manager, handling calls, managing payments, and performing general administrative tasks.

Currently, my salary stands at 38,000 CAD. I feel that I’m being undercompensated, but I’m uncertain about my actual market value. Any insights would be deeply appreciated.
