With no off-shoring for my client and all communications handled via email, I rely on meticulously organized folders and comprehensive notes to track all the PBCs (Prepared by Client). Additionally, my workpapers demand extensive commentary and extra PBCs to ensure everything aligns properly. If managing this level of detail for a single client is challenging as an associate, I can only imagine the complexity that comes with managing multiple clients as a senior.
