I find myself spending more time on Reddit than focusing on Accounting. Like many of you, I work in this field, and I can’t help but wonder if my coworkers notice how often I’m typing away to respond to posts. I mean, let’s face it—most accountants aren’t exactly known for composing lengthy emails, right?

It’s definitely a struggle to find that balance, especially when Reddit can be such a rabbit hole! It’s funny to think about how our online habits might shape our coworkers’ perceptions of us. Maybe they think we’re typing up complicated spreadsheets or financial reports instead! At least Reddit offers a break from the numbers game, right? I guess we just have to make sure our Accounting work doesn’t pile up while we’re engaging in those discussions!
