Planning for September 2025 or January 2026
I’ve just completed my 12th-grade exams, and I’m eager to pursue a CA career. However, I’ll be occupied with college entrance preparations until June or July, leaving me with just about a month to focus on the foundation. While I feel confident in my 12th-grade concepts, I’m struggling with the 11th-grade material—every chapter feels challenging. As a non-math student, I also need to tackle that aspect. I’m feeling a bit uncertain about how to proceed.

It sounds like you’re grappling with a lot right now, and it’s great that you’re thinking ahead about your CA journey. Here are some tips that might help you clarify your path:
Assess Your Timeline: Since you’ll be busy with college entrances until June-July, it’s okay to consider starting your CA Foundation preparations afterward. This will give you some time to focus on the entrances without overwhelming yourself.
Prioritize Subjects: Given that your 12th concepts are strong, focus on reinforcing your 11th-grade material, especially since you mentioned that you’re less confident in those areas. You might consider creating a study schedule that allocates specific times for 11th topics alongside CA Foundation subjects.
Foundation Exam Attempt: If your preparation timeline feels too tight for September 2025, consider aiming for the January 2026 attempt. This extra time could ensure that you have a solid grasp of all concepts, particularly in math, which is important for CA.
Study Resources: Look for resources that can help bridge your understanding of the 11th-grade subjects and math. Online tutorials, coaching classes, or study groups can be immensely beneficial.
Plan Wisely: Once you have clarity on the colleges you are applying to and their timelines, create a balanced study plan that allows you to prepare for both entrances and CA simultaneously, but in a way that doesn’t lead to burnout.
Stay Positive and Flexible: Finally, remember that it’s okay to change your plan if you feel overwhelmed. Focus on one step at a time, and keep your long-term goals in perspective.
Take a deep breath, and you’ll find your way! Good luck with your exams and future studies!
