1. It really depends on what you’re showcasing in that section. If your extracurricular activities are heavily finance-related or relevant to equity research, consider renaming it to something like “Relevant Experience” or “Finance-Related Activities.” If the activities are more diverse and showcase soft skills (leadership, teamwork, etc.), you could stick with “Extracurricular Activities.” Just make sure the title reflects the value of the experiences you’re sharing and aligns with the job you’re targeting.
