Registration fee and exemption fee

Subject: Inquiry About Registration Fee Refund

Hello everyone,

I recently registered and paid the registration fee for my apprenticeship, but I’ve noticed on the ACCA website that the payment should be made by the employer. Since I’m now confirmed to have the apprenticeship, can I request a refund from ACCA for the amount I already paid?

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? If so, could you share how you managed to get your money back?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  1. Hi there!

It’s understandable to be in this situation. You should definitely reach out to ACCA customer support as soon as possible to explain your situation. They typically have procedures for refunds or adjustments, especially if the payment was made in error.

In your request, be sure to include relevant details like your registration information, the payment reference, and explain that you were unsure about the apprenticeship. If you have confirmation from your employer about them taking care of the fee, that would be helpful to include as well.

Some people have successfully received refunds by being proactive and providing all necessary details, so I hope it works out for you too! Good luck!

    TIA!
