I really need help. I’m not feeling okay.
I’m struggling with life, and things haven’t gotten any better.
There are numerous issues at home and problems at work as well.
Sometimes, I just want to leave everything behind, but I don’t know where to go.
There are different challenges at my job, including trouble with my boss.
I can’t share this with anyone, so I’m just writing it here.
I sometimes think about ending my life.
I can’t take it anymore.
I know I must have made mistakes too—I haven’t made the best choices.
