Question About PERT EVR Completion Report
I have a one-month penalty, and my next report is due on April 1. My last report was submitted in October, so I’m reporting on a six-month period, which is the standard frequency for these reports.
Given the one-month penalty, should I wait until the end of April to submit my report? Or am I still required to submit another report in a month? I’d appreciate any clarification on how this works!

It looks like you’re navigating a bit of a tricky situation with your reporting schedule and the penalty. Generally, if your next report is due on April 1, you should plan to submit that report as required, regardless of the penalty. The penalty typically applies to the timing of your submissions but doesn’t necessarily change the frequency of your required reports.
In most cases, the penalties are for lateness or failure to submit a report, not for the regular reporting schedule itself. Since you’ve already submitted a report in October, your April report should cover the next reporting period.
However, it’s always a good idea to double-check any specific guidelines or policies related to your situation to confirm. If you’re uncertain, reaching out to the relevant department or person in charge of overseeing these reports may provide you with the clarity you need. Bottom line, unless you’re specifically instructed otherwise, go ahead and submit your report on April 1.
