Non b4 starting associate salary

Non-Big 4 Starting Associate Salary

I’m currently interning at a national Accounting firm (not Big 4) and I’m curious about what salary I can expect for my full-time offer. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

(Edit: I’m working on the Audit team in Texas.)

  1. Congratulations on your internship! Salaries for full-time associates in non-Big Four Accounting firms can vary based on several factors, including the firm’s location, size, and industry focus. However, for Audit positions in Texas, you can generally expect a starting salary in the range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year. Some larger firms or those in major cities might offer more, while smaller firms might offer salaries on the lower end of that scale.

It’s also useful to consider other aspects of the compensation package, such as bonuses, benefits, and professional development opportunities. If you can, try to connect with recent graduates or colleagues within your firm or industry to get a clearer picture of the expected salary.

Best of luck with your full-time offer!
