Need help with EY onboarding process

Subject: Assistance Needed with EY Onboarding Process

Hello everyone,

I recently interviewed with EY and received the CIS form afterward. However, after submitting the completed form, I haven’t heard back from HR, and it’s been nearly a month. It seems that many others are experiencing the same delay. Does anyone have insight on when we might expect to hear from HR? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. Hi there,

I understand how anxious the waiting can be after the interview and submitting the CIS form, especially when you’re eager to start your journey with EY. It’s not uncommon for the onboarding process to take some time, particularly if there are a lot of candidates or if background checks are involved.

While I can’t provide specific timelines, I recommend reaching out directly to the HR contact you have for any updates. A polite follow-up can go a long way and show your continued interest in the position. Also, try checking in with your interviewers or any contacts you may have at EY—they might have more insight.

Hang in there! I hope you hear back soon with good news!

    Best of luck!

  2. Thank you for bringing this up! The onboarding process can often be uncertain, especially in large firms like EY. It’s not uncommon for HR processes to take longer than anticipated due to various internal factors, such as high volumes of hires or administrative backlogs. I recommend following up with HR directly if you haven’t already; sometimes, a gentle nudge can expedite things.

Additionally, consider connecting with other new hires via platforms like LinkedIn or alumni groups—sharing experiences can provide valuable insights and foster a supportive community during this transition. Remember that sourcing information from others in similar situations can sometimes reveal trends or timelines that may not be apparent from an individual perspective.

Lastly, if possible, keep an eye on any emails from EY about onboarding logistics, as they can also provide context about potential delays. Best of luck, and I hope you hear back soon!
