After many years of dedicated service in the Accounting and Bookkeeping field, my wife is ready to take a bold step toward entrepreneurship. With an impressive background spanning nearly two decades, she has honed her skills in various roles—including staff accountant, payroll supervisor for a sizable cable company, and office manager/bookkeeper for multiple diverse industries, such as real estate development and automotive services.

She has amassed significant expertise in QuickBooks and is currently completing every certification offered by the platform. Our website is nearing its launch, and she has already crafted an engagement letter and polished her resume. With these foundational elements in place, she is primed to start attracting clients.

It’s important to note that while she is not a CPA or an EA, she will focus on providing essential Bookkeeping services—without tax preparation. Her target clientele includes small to mid-sized businesses, as well as new ventures seeking a cost-effective solution for their financial management needs. She possesses a strong ability to organize messy accounts, generate profit and loss statements, create balance sheets, and identify cost-cutting opportunities, often with minimal effort. Additionally, she is committed to leveraging automation in her processes to enhance efficiency.

As part of our initial strategy, she aims to collaborate with local CPA firms. I would appreciate insights from seasoned professionals about the most effective way to approach these firms.
