Seeking Effective Receipt Scanning Tools for QuickBooks Integration

I am on a quest to enhance my expense management process, particularly when it comes to handling receipts and invoices. My goal is to find an efficient tool that allows for batch scanning—whether it’s through photos, emails, or file uploads—that can automatically extract essential information such as:
- Vendor names
- Amounts including taxes
- Invoice numbers
- Due dates
- Relevant categories (like meals, software, or travel) or account numbers
A crucial feature for me is the ability to batch export this data into QuickBooks directly. Alternatively, I would appreciate a tool that can generate a spreadsheet compatible with QuickBooks’ batch journal entry import.
I have already explored options such as Dext, AutoEntry, and Hubdoc; however, I find them to be a bit on the pricier side. Therefore, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has recommendations for new or lesser-known tools that excel at this function.
