Login directly to study hub?

Having trouble accessing the Study Hub directly?

Currently, the myACCA login requires you to use your ID number. Once logged in, you can find the Study Hub by going to > my qualifications > Study Hub, which can feel a bit tedious.

To access the Study Hub directly, I should be able to log in using my email instead of my ID. However, I’m running into issues—I’m unable to log in and can’t reset my password either. Is there something I’m missing, or is this a bug?
