I recently graduated and am embarking on my journey in the Audit field. I’m curious if anyone has tips on how I can demonstrate my natural leadership abilities. Given the virtual work environment, it’s challenging to connect with seniors and managers. I’d love to hear any suggestions on how I can be innovative, exhibit leadership qualities, or show my potential within the company. Thank you!
