Job Search Advice Needed
I recently left my job at one of the Big Four firms after nearly five months. The stress was overwhelming, and it seriously affected my mental health, so I decided to resign just a month before my regularization. I’m feeling quite down about it. Is there anyone who can suggest alternative job opportunities outside of such firms? I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s important to prioritize your mental health, and leaving a stressful environment can be a big step toward that. There are definitely opportunities outside the Big 4 that might be a better fit for you.
Consider looking into roles in smaller firms or companies that have a more supportive culture. You might also explore job opportunities in industries that align with your interests or skills, such as non-profits, startups, or government positions, which can often offer a better work-life balance.
Additionally, networking with former colleagues or reaching out to mentors can provide valuable insights and connections that might help you find a role that suits you better. Don’t hesitate to take some time for yourself as you transition; it’s okay to pause and focus on recovery before diving back in.
Remember, you’re not alone in this, and there are people who care and want to help. You’ve got this!
