Is it worthwhile to stick around until I become a senior?

I’ve been in my current position for nearly two years, and I’m seriously considering leaving the public Accounting field altogether. Initially, I aimed to obtain my CPA and serve as a senior for at least a year, but I’ve become so burnt out that I’ve lost all motivation for these goals. My performance hasn’t been satisfactory, and I doubt I’ll receive a promotion this cycle—if I’m not let go first. Should I just push through and aim for a senior position, or is it time to move on?
