I’m seriously losing it 😩
So here’s the deal: I just passed G1 in January on my first try, and while preparing, I finished all the lectures for both groups. But now, I panicked at the last minute and only took G1.
Now my parents are pushing me to take G2 in May, but I’d really prefer to defer until September.
I honestly have no clue how I’m going to cover the entire syllabus and revise in just two months! I’m struggling with Audit, and I’m only on chapter 6 right now 😭 I can manage costing and FM, but I’m really worried about strategic management since I didn’t take any classes for that!
Can someone please help me out? Should I try to convince my parents to let me postpone, or is it possible to pass if I go for it now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🙏💀

Hey, I totally understand your stress—it’s a lot to handle! First of all, congratulations on clearing G1 on your first attempt—that’s a huge achievement! 🎉
Now, as for G2, it sounds like you’re feeling overwhelmed with the timeline, especially with subjects like Audit and strategic management. It’s completely okay to feel this way. If you really believe you need more time to master the syllabus, it’s worth having an open conversation with your parents about it. Explain your concerns, how you’re feeling, and why deferring to September might be a better option for you to perform your best.
On the other hand, if you do decide to go for it, try breaking down your study plan into manageable daily goals. Prioritize your weakest subjects first and set specific targets for each study session. Maybe reach out to friends or classmates for study groups or help with SM, too!
Ultimately, do what feels right for you. Your mental health and understanding of the material are crucial. You’ve already proven you can succeed—trust yourself to make the right choice! Good luck! You’ve got this! 💪✨
