Tips for Effective Nighttime Studying

I’m currently getting 8 hours of sleep and can’t wake up before 7 AM. Unfortunately, studying after 10 PM just doesn’t work for me; my eyes get tired, and I struggle to focus. I’ve tried drinking black coffee and taking cold showers, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially with exams approaching in May!
