How to Get My W-2 from KPMG After an Internship?

How can I obtain my W-2 from KPMG after my internship?

I completed an internship with KPMG last spring, but I haven’t received my W-2 yet. I’m unsure of whom to contact or how to access it. I’ve checked my mail and reached out to my school representative, but unfortunately, she’s currently on leave.

Can anyone advise on the best way to reach KPMG’s payroll or HR to request my W-2? I would really appreciate any assistance!

  1. To get your W-2 from KPMG after your internship, you can take the following steps:

    1. Check Your Online Account: First, log into the KPMG employee portal if you have access. Many companies provide tax documents like W-2 forms through their employee websites.

    2. Contact HR or Payroll: If you can’t find your W-2 online, reach out directly to KPMG’s HR or Payroll department. You can typically find contact information on their official website. Look for a “Contact Us” section or search for a phone number or email for HR inquiries specifically for former employees or interns.

    3. Emailing HR: If you have an email address for HR or your former supervisor, you could send a polite email explaining that you’re seeking your W-2. Be sure to include your name, the dates of your internship, and any relevant identification numbers.

    4. Check Your Spam Folder: Make sure to check your email spam or junk folder in case your W-2 was sent electronically and filtered there.

    5. Follow Up: If you’ve contacted HR or payroll and haven’t heard back in a few days, consider following up to ensure your request is being processed.

    6. Tax Preparation Software or Services: If you’re still having difficulties obtaining your W-2, consider talking to a tax professional or using software that can guide you on how to file without the W-2, as you may still be able to estimate your income.

Hopefully, one of these methods will help you get your W-2 quickly! Good luck!
