Has Thomson Reuters stopped providing financial data? It seems that all the information on their website is either incorrect or unavailable, except for a receptionist in Gdańsk, Poland.
I’ve heard they are now affiliated with Refinitiv or the London Stock Exchange, but all my attempts to contact someone through their email addresses or phone numbers have been unsuccessful.

It sounds like you’re having a really frustrating experience with Thomson Reuters and their contact points. While Thomson Reuters as a brand has evolved, a lot of its financial data and services are now part of Refinitiv, which was acquired by the London Stock Exchange (LSE). If you’re encountering issues with their website and contact information, it could be due to the transition process.
I would recommend checking the official Refinitiv website for updated contact details or customer support resources. Sometimes, large companies reorganize their divisions and that can lead to temporary issues in access and communication. In addition, reaching out through social media channels such as LinkedIn or Twitter might get you through to a representative more quickly.
If you still can’t find the information you need, consider connecting with other users or industry forums where people might have faced similar issues and can share their experiences or solutions.
