In today’s world, many people find themselves questioning the necessity of a personal vehicle, especially when coworkers inquire about my own choice to forgo one. My standard reply is that I’m committed to being eco-friendly, but the deeper motivation is rooted in my desire for financial independence. By not owning a car, I’m actively saving money to invest in my future, where I aim to start my own business and achieve true remote work freedom—no more hybrid setups for me.
