Need Audit Valuation Support?
With over a decade of valuation experience at top firms, I’ve noticed a significant gap in smaller companies’ Audit procedures. Many of these firms lack a full-time valuation expert to oversee the valuations that affect their financial statements. Unfortunately, most valuation firms are unable to assist because of potential conflicts of interest, as taking on these reviews would prevent them from engaging with these Audit firms.
I’m uniquely positioned to offer audit assistance without these conflicts. I’m currently collaborating with a few firms on a contract basis to provide essential valuation review services and documentation for their audit files.
