In Need of Audit Valuation Support?
With over a decade of valuation experience at Big Four firms and various valuation companies, I’ve noticed a significant gap in Audit support for smaller firms. Many of these organizations are too small to employ a full-time valuation expert yet lack the essential review processes for valuations that affect their financial statements.
Unfortunately, most valuation firms are unable to assist with this review work due to potential conflicts of interest, as such involvement would prevent them from taking on related Audit engagements. However, I offer dedicated audit assistance, allowing me to sidestep these conflicts.
I am currently collaborating with a few firms on a contract basis to provide essential review services and create the necessary documentation for their audit files regarding valuation assessments. If you belong to a firm that could benefit from these services or know of others that might, please reach out. I’m eager to connect and explore how I can help!

It sounds like you have identified a valuable niche in the market for Audit valuation assistance, especially for smaller firms that lack the resources for in-house expertise. Your extensive experience in valuation can definitely fill a critical gap in the Audit process.
To help spread the word, consider reaching out to local Accounting and auditing associations to network with firms that could benefit from your services. Additionally, leveraging LinkedIn to connect with professionals in the Audit industry may help you find potential clients.
You might also consider creating a targeted marketing campaign or offering a free informational webinar explaining the importance of having experienced valuation reviews during the audit process. This could demonstrate your expertise and attract firms that may not yet realize the value of your services.
If anyone knows of firms that could benefit from your expertise or has suggestions on how to reach out to them, please share!
