With four years of foundational experience in Accounting and Audit, I’m keen on roles that incorporate analytics as well.

In my search for employment, I face a critical decision: should I apply directly to potential employers, or is it more advantageous to partner with recruiting agencies?

I’m curious about the specific advantages that recruiting agencies offer during the job search process. How do they facilitate connections between job seekers and employers, and do they really enhance one’s chances of landing a role?

While I know of reputable firms like Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half, I’m eager for any recommendations you might have for other reliable recruiting agencies that specialize in Accounting and finance positions.
