As I embark on the final stages of my Master’s in Business Analytics, set to graduate in August 2025, I find myself reflecting on my career trajectory. With four years of solid experience in Accounting and auditing, I’m now ready to transition into full-time positions within the Accounting and finance sectors, while also being open to opportunities that involve analytics.

As I navigate the job market, I have several questions that I hope to get your insights on:

  1. Is it more advantageous to apply directly to companies, or should I consider working with recruiting or staffing agencies?
  2. What services do recruiting agencies typically offer to job seekers?
  3. I’ve come across firms like Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half; do you have other recommendations for reputable agencies?

Additionally, I’m open to relocating if it broadens my opportunities.
