As I embark on my journey towards completing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, set to graduate in August 2025, I find myself reflecting on the most effective strategies for securing a full-time role in the Accounting and finance sectors. With four years of accumulated experience in Accounting and auditing, I am eager to leverage my skills and explore various opportunities, particularly those that intertwine with analytics.

As I prepare to enter the job market, I’m grappling with a couple of key questions:

  1. What’s the best approach: applying directly to companies or enlisting the help of recruitment and staffing agencies?
  2. In what ways do these agencies facilitate the job-search process?
  3. I’ve come across well-known names in the field like Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half. Are there additional agencies that you would recommend?

Moreover, I am open to relocating, should that expand my chances of landing a great position.
