As I approach the completion of my Master’s in Business Analytics, with graduation slated for August 2025, I’m eager to transition into a full-time position in the realms of Accounting and finance. My background includes four years of experience in Accounting and auditing, and I’m particularly interested in roles that also incorporate analytics.

As I embark on this job search journey, I find myself weighing two distinct approaches:

  1. Direct Applications to Companies: Is this the most effective path for securing a role?
  2. Utilizing Recruitment Agencies: How can these agencies enhance my job search experience?

I’ve come across firms like Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half in my research and would appreciate any additional recommendations for esteemed recruitment agencies in the field.

Furthermore, I am open to relocating, which might broaden my opportunities—any insights here would also be beneficial.
