As I progress towards completing my Master’s in Business Analytics, with an anticipated graduation in August 2025, I find myself reflecting on my job search strategy. With four years of experience in Accounting and Audit under my belt, I am eager to explore full-time positions in the Accounting and finance sectors, including roles that may integrate analytics.

In light of this, I have some pressing questions regarding the job application process:

  • What is the most effective approach: applying directly to companies or utilizing the services of recruiting and staffing agencies?
  • In what ways do recruiting agencies provide support during the job search?
  • I’ve come across agencies such as Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half; are there other reputable firms you’d recommend?

Additionally, I am open to the possibility of relocating to broaden my job prospects.
