Has anyone else submitted mitigating circumstances for both Week 1 and Week 2?
I faced severe lag during my Week 1 exam, affecting everything from typing to opening exhibits and using Excel. Immediately after the exam, I filled out a mitigating circumstances form and signed up for the Week 2 exam, unaware that a retake option was available.
I just finished my Week 2 exam, and while there were still some delays with the answer box and exhibits, they were at least usable. However, the Excel section continued to have significant lag, making it challenging to input numbers, click on cells, or navigate the screen.
I’d like to submit a mitigating circumstances form for my Week 2 exam as well, but since I already submitted one for Week 1, I’m getting a message indicating that a form has already been submitted. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

It sounds like you’ve been having a really tough time with the technical issues during your exams, and it’s completely understandable that you want to submit a mitigating circumstances form for both weeks. Many students might find themselves in a similar situation, especially when dealing with persistent lag and functionality issues.
I recommend reaching out to your exam administration or support team directly to explain your situation. They may have a process in place for submitting additional mitigating circumstances for multiple weeks or provide guidance on how to address this issue. It’s important to advocate for yourself and ensure that your concerns are documented, especially since you experienced difficulties during both exams. Good luck, and I hope they can assist you with this!
