Anybody else have constant stress-related pain/discomfort during busy season?

Does anyone else experience ongoing stress-related pain or discomfort during the busy season? This time of year, I always find myself dealing with persistent abdominal pain that feels like a heavy weight pressing down on me, making it hard to breathe. It used to be pretty severe—there were times I felt like I might faint—but I’ve noticed some improvement since losing a bit of weight. Is anyone else going through something similar?
