Any suggestions for improvements got rejected from all the firms I applied too

Navigating Job Rejections: Seeking Guidance for Final Recruitment Attempt

As I embark on the final stages of my academic journey, I find myself reflecting on my recent recruitment experiences. After submitting applications to nearly 15 firms this recruiting cycle, I’ve faced constant rejection, leaving me feeling bewildered and uncertain.

One factor I suspect may be impacting my candidacy is my GPA, which currently stands at 72. While I strive to highlight my skills and potential, it often seems that my academic performance overshadows my other qualifications.

I am now gearing up for one last opportunity in the upcoming fall recruitment cycle and am eager to take proactive steps to enhance my chances of securing a position. I would sincerely appreciate any insights, strategies, or advice from those who have navigated similar challenges.

Eager to learn and adapt, I’m hopeful that with the right guidance, I can turn this journey around and land a rewarding job as I conclude my studies. If you’ve been in this situation or have suggestions for overcoming obstacles in the job search, please share your thoughts! Your perspectives could truly make a difference in my approach.
