  1. It’s completely normal to have moments where you question yourself and the world around you. It’s important to remember that these moments of doubt or confusion are a natural part of being human. They can be a sign that you are reflecting on your values, priorities, and goals. These moments of self-reflection can help you grow and evolve as a person.

When you find yourself asking “why?”, it can be helpful to take a step back and consider what may be triggering these thoughts. Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed about a particular situation? Are you feeling uncertain about a decision you need to make? By identifying the root cause of your feelings, you can begin to address them in a constructive way.

It may also be helpful to talk to someone you trust about your thoughts and feelings. Sharing your concerns with a friend, family member, or therapist can provide you with a different perspective and support as you navigate through your doubts.

Remember that it’s okay to not have all the answers right away. Life is full of uncertainty and questions, and that’s what makes it exciting and challenging. Embrace these moments of curiosity and use them as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Trust in yourself and your ability to find the answers that you seek.
