For the past year, I have dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative application simplifies the invoicing process by enabling clients to submit invoices through both phone and web interfaces. It efficiently extracts the necessary data and sends it directly to the accountants for processing.
As I prepare to upgrade and enhance the tool, I find myself at a crossroads. One challenge I face is the limited direct feedback from the users—the accountants themselves—since I don’t have direct access to them. Without their insights, I’m eager to ensure that the improvements I implement truly benefit their workflow.
