Over the past year, I have been dedicated to developing a software solution for a Dutch Accounting firm, designed to streamline their invoice processing. This tool enables clients to submit invoices through various channels, including phone and web, automatically extracting essential data and forwarding it to their accountants.
The firm has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the system; however, a challenge I currently face is the lack of direct communication with the Accounting professionals who will ultimately utilize the tool.
