Over the past year, I have developed a software solution for a Dutch Accounting firm designed to facilitate the processing of invoices from their clients. This tool enables users to submit invoices via phone or web, extracting relevant data efficiently for the accountants. After successfully implementing the initial version, the firm has requested an upgrade and improvements. However, I face a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants who use the system daily, making it difficult to gather user feedback.
To enhance this tool and ensure it meets the needs of the Accounting team, I am reaching out to the community for insights. From the perspective of bookkeepers and accountants, what features would significantly improve their experience with an invoicing software tool?
