I am reaching out to you in the hopes of gathering valuable insights as I work on enhancing a software tool designed specifically for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. Over the past year, I successfully developed and implemented a system that allows clients to submit invoices via web or mobile. This tool extracts essential data from the invoices and seamlessly transfers it to the Accounting team.

Now, the firm has requested upgrades and improvements to the existing system. However, I find myself in a bit of a challenging situation: I do not have direct access to the accountants who will be using the tool daily.
