Over the past year, I have had the privilege of developing and implementing a software tool designed specifically for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution effectively streamlines the process of collecting invoices from clients, whether they are submitted via phone or the web. The tool extracts crucial data and seamlessly transfers it to the accountants, significantly enhancing their workflow.
Recently, the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and refining this initial version of the tool. However, I find myself in a challenging position as I don’t have direct access to the firm’s accountants, which limits my ability to gather critical user feedback.
