Seeking Input on Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I have successfully developed and deployed a software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution allows clients to submit invoices through both phone and web interfaces. The tool efficiently extracts the necessary data from these invoices and seamlessly delivers it to the accountants for processing.

As I work on an upgrade to enhance the system’s functionality, I’m faced with a bit of a challenge: I do not have direct communication with the accountants who will be using the tool frequently. This limits my ability to collect valuable feedback directly from the end users, which is crucial for making meaningful improvements.

To ensure that the upgraded system meets the needs of Accounting professionals, I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions regarding potential features to integrate.
