Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool enables their clients to submit invoices in various formats—whether through phone or web—and efficiently extracts pertinent data for their accountants to handle. Having successfully delivered this initial version, the firm is now looking for enhancements and upgrades.
However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct communication with the accountants who will be using the tool. This limits my ability to gather valuable insights and feedback directly from the end users.
To improve the overall experience for the Accounting team, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. From a bookkeeper’s or accountant’s perspective, what features or functionalities do you believe would significantly enhance the tool?
