Recently, I collaborated with a Dutch Accounting firm to develop a software solution designed to streamline their workflow. This tool effectively collects invoices from clients through both mobile and web platforms, extracts essential data, and forwards it to the accountants for processing.
While I’m pleased with the initial outcome, the firm has expressed the need for upgrades and enhancements. However, I face a challenge—my direct communication with their accountants is limited, making it difficult for me to gather the valuable insights necessary for improvements.
