Seeking Insights for Enhancing a Software Tool Designed for Accounting Firms

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and deliver a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This solution was designed with the aim of streamlining the process of invoice management. It allows clients to submit invoices via phone or web, extracts essential data, and efficiently relays that information to the accountants.

As the firm is looking to upgrade and enhance this tool, I find myself at a bit of a crossroads. I currently lack direct access to the accountants, which limits my ability to gather comprehensive feedback on user experience and desired functionalities.

To ensure I’m creating the most valuable enhancements possible, I’m reaching out to the community for insights. What features do you believe would significantly improve the workflow and experience for bookkeepers and accountants?
