Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to develop and deliver a software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool enables clients to submit invoices via both phone and web, streamlining the data extraction process for their accountants. Given the success of the initial version, the firm has requested an upgrade and enhancement of the system.
However, one challenge I’m facing is the lack of direct communication with the accountants who will be using the tool. This is hampering my ability to gather essential feedback and understand their specific needs and preferences.
