Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a versatile software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. The primary function of this tool is to seamlessly collect invoice data from various clients—whether through mobile devices or the web—extract the necessary information, and deliver it to their accountants efficiently.
As I prepare for the next phase of upgrades and improvements, I’ve encountered a challenge: I currently lack direct access to the accountants who will be utilizing the tool. This limitation makes it somewhat difficult to gather actionable feedback and user experiences.
